Cadet Journal Eentries 2018

Cadet Leadership at Southeast Academy High School has long been distinguished by cadets who are willing to sacrifice personal interest to achieve our school goals. At Southeast Academy cadets will have an opportunity to be placed in leadership positions. This requires cadets to understand a broad range of leadership techniques, and to be able to apply them properly across a wide variety of situations. The following journal entries are designed to assist cadets in their journey as they develop themselves to be effective leaders. Journal entries listed are posted on a volunteer basis. We believe self-reflection is an integral part of Southeast Academy leadership strategy. Cadets are encouraged to share their journal, the objective is to acknowledge what cadets are doing right and address areas of improvement for the success of each other and Southeast Academy High School. Progress report cards are mailed out in between each quarter and semester grading periods. This is a good time to review your cadets progress in each of their classes. As you read through your cadet’s progress report card you may be wondering what the grades really mean. Please understand this is a progress report, not a semester grade. This is purely advisory and will not impact your cadet’s GPA or college eligibility. Please read more on how to support your cadet.
