Cadet Journal Eentries 2018

Cadet Leadership at Southeast Academy High School has long been distinguished by cadets who are willing to sacrifice personal interest to achieve our school goals. At Southeast Academy cadets will have an opportunity to be placed in leadership positions. This requires cadets to understand a broad range of leadership techniques, and to be able to apply them properly across a wide variety of situations. The following journal entries are designed to assist cadets in their journey as they develop themselves to be effective leaders. Journal entries listed are posted on a volunteer basis. We believe self-reflection is an integral part of Southeast Academy leadership strategy. Cadets are encouraged to share their journal, the objective is to acknowledge what cadets are doing right and address areas of improvement for the success of each other and Southeast Academy High School.
