Transcript Requests

Students, Parents and Alumni have a new, online service where they can request an official high school transcript and send it to the college of their choice with just a few clicks. With Parchment, the leader in eTranscript exchange, education credentials are requested, sent and delivered electronically, securely and confidentially.
 

The first time you visit the Parchment website, a one-time account set up is required. 

During the registration process, you'll be asked for your: 

  • Enrollment status (currently or not currently enrolled)
  • Birth date
  • Student ID number
  • Email address

Parchment Fees: 

  • Electronic Transcript Requests - $3.50 p/transcript
  • US Mail Delivery - Additional $2.25

Class of 2010 and Later:
 
Starting with the Class of 2010, transcripts must be ordered through Parchment.  Click the button below to access this service.  Please note that you will need to set up an account in order to complete the order, and that there is a small fee for doing so.
 
Students who receive Free or Reduced Lunch are eligible for up to four free transcripts.  Students should set up their Parchment account, and then provide verification of their Free or Reduced Lunch status to registrar Terri Ponce prior submitting the order.  Once the student's Free or Reduced Lunch status is verified by the registrar, the student should go back into Parchment and submit their order.
